We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return process, subject to the conditions below
Return Window
We accept returns within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, returns requested after this window cannot be accepted
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags and packaging must be fully intact

No signs of makeup, perfume, detergent, or any scent or damage

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@peachparcel.co within 3 days of receiving your item

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if needed)

We will respond with approval instructions and a return address
Please do not send back any items before receiving our return confirmation. Unauthorised returns will not be processed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Eye masks or hair accessories for hygiene reasons

Custom or made-to-order items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank may take additional time to process the refund
